Bot-Wave (also known as botwave.app) is built on a simple principle: we don't harvest data. This isn't a legal loophole. This isn't marketing language. This is how we're architected.
The AI models run on your device, not on our servers. When you use our system, your conversations stay on your machine. We don't have access to them. We can't store them. We can't sell them. They never leave your control.
This is different from "ChatGPT," "Google Gemini," and Amazon's AI services. Those companies keep your conversations on their servers. They use them to train models and improve their products. We don't.
If you interact with our Telegram bots, messages are processed by AI running locally. We don't permanently store conversation logs. Messages flow through the bot, get processed, and results are delivered to you. That's it.
Telegram itself handles message delivery and storage according to their privacy policy. We don't control that. But on our end: no permanent logs, no data harvesting.
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We never see your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment processing. We only receive confirmation that a payment was made and which tier you're subscribed to. We don't store card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes.
This website doesn't use cookies to track you. We don't use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics tools. We don't have tracking pixels. We don't know who visits. We don't care.
If you want to know why: because we believe surveillance is the business model Silicon Valley built. We're not doing that.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't broker it to data brokers. We don't send it to marketing companies. We don't have a "data strategy."
If we don't have it, we can't give it away.
If you contact us at @MoneyMakingMitchell1904 on Telegram and request deletion of any data we hold (subscription records, etc.), we'll honor that request. We'll delete what we can and explain what we can't delete due to legal obligations (like payment records for tax purposes).
We take security seriously. Use HTTPS when accessing this website. If you use our Telegram bots, those conversations are encrypted by Telegram's protocol. If you run our tools locally, you control the security of your own machine.
If we change this privacy policy, we'll update this page. We won't bury changes in legalese. We'll make them obvious.
Bottom line: We don't know who you are, where you're from, or what you're doing. We don't want to. We built this system to give you privacy. Not "privacy" in quotes. Real privacy.
